Firstly , the paper analyzes the type , characteristic , manifest and reason of the commercial bank ' s risk in its running . secondly , based upon the further analysis of the traditional alertness - forecasting methods , put forward the methods used in the thesis combined by fuzzy mathematics theory and back propagation nn technique , and analyze the feasibility and advantages of the application of this method into the construction of commercial bank alertness - forecasting system . thirdly , apply the method combined quantitative with qualitative analysis , as well as theoretic analysis with positive study to establish an easily operated index system of the commercial bank ' s risk and find a perfect alertness - forecasting method , furthermore , to establish an alertness - forecasting system in order to control and manage the commercial bank ' s risk 本文首先對我國商業(yè)銀行進(jìn)行了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識別,深入分析了商業(yè)銀行在其運(yùn)行過程中存在的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)類型、特點(diǎn)、表現(xiàn)及其致因;其次,在對傳統(tǒng)預(yù)警方法深入分析的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了本文所采用的模糊數(shù)學(xué)理論和bp神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)相結(jié)合的預(yù)警方法,并分析了將本文的預(yù)警方法運(yùn)用于商業(yè)銀行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建的可行性和優(yōu)越性;再次,本文運(yùn)用定量分析和定性分析相結(jié)合、規(guī)范分析和實(shí)證研究相結(jié)合的方法,構(gòu)造出一套比較能反映商業(yè)銀行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的指標(biāo)體系,尋求了一種比較理想的預(yù)警方法,進(jìn)而設(shè)計(jì)出商業(yè)銀行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警系統(tǒng),并進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析,以達(dá)到對商業(yè)銀行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控的目的;最后,筆者對本文的研究成果進(jìn)行了總結(jié)。
